Hello I'm Helen
I help clients like you to get there energy and quality of life back. Helping you feel less digestive upset such as bloating and irregular bowel movements, increase your energy, have better mental wellbeing and more confidence around food choices so that you can enjoy life again.

I know what its like to feel fed-up and confused. I wanted to feel like I could go out without worrying where the nearest toilet was, feel more comfortable in my clothes and feel confident around food so that I could enjoy eating out with friends again. Enough was enough I decided to get help from a Nutritional Therapist and I have never looked back.
